in 25 g ornamental jars/boxes.
Eating: Despite its name this product does not contain any spawns. The fresh truffles are grated into small pieces like caviar and they are conserved in oil. Since the truffle itself is loosing its flavor during drying it is recommended to use it within a week. The truffle caviar however will preserve the fresh mushrooms flavor much longer, so that it can be used for weeks. Similar to the fresh mushrooms we can relish our ready-cooked meals such as omelets risottos or pastas. Usage of a slight amount will cause an intense flavor effect.
Melon jam with white truffle
